Mrs. Winifred Mann, 88, of Cicero, NY passed away peacefully on April 6, 2007. Mrs. Mann was employed at Syracuse China for over 39 years retiring in 1980. She was predeceased by her husband Roy (1988), several nieces and nephews and all of her siblings. Winnie enjoyed spending time at her place in the Thousand Islands Region of the St. Lawrence River and winter time at her place in Ocala, Florida. In her earlier years she enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband Roy and her many nieces and nephews. Winnie also drove stockcars and has many 1st place trophies' driving in the powder puff races with her husband Roy and friends working as the pit crew, always racing Lincoln's. She also enjoyed luncheon's, party's and good times at the Cicero Senior Center for many years. Winnie was truly blessed to have such special friend's and neighbors, as Lincoln and June Douglas who were always there for her the last two decades.

Surviving are many nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren and cousins.

Services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Cicero. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
