Sullivan, William, M., age 66, died at home on January 14th, 2023. Bill was born on February 1st, 1956, to the late James and Jean Reidy Sullivan, in Newton, MA.
Bill was predeceased by his first wife Christine, and his beloved daughter, Jennah.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, best friend and caregiver, Nancy Clement Sullivan; his sons: Nick Burke (with wife Aleasha), Larry and Aaron; along with two grandchildren, Natalie and Aiden. Bill is also survived by his brothers; Larry (Anne) Sullivan of Fairfax, Jim (Christine) Sullivan of Jamestown; and sister Molly Reichert (Gary) of Brewerton; in-laws and numerous nieces, nephews and a large extended circle of good lifelong friends and family.
Bill attended Bishop Grimes High School and was a graduate of Syracuse University, along with post-graduate study at the New England School of Law. He worked for many years at St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boston and the Syracuse Developmental Center. In his later years, Bill pursued his passion for music through singing and performing which he thoroughly enjoyed. He and Nancy were also regular visitors to local, (and not so local), antique venues and always managed to find the most interesting treasures.
Bill will be remembered for his quick wit, his not so politically correct world observations, his intense love of music, art, classic cars, all things vintage (especially radios) and anything related to Halloween. But mostly, Bill will be remembered for his deep devotion to his wife and children, his kindness, his open heart and generosity toward others. He was a free spirit and those who knew him enjoyed that about him and will miss his presence on this earth.
There will be no services.
