William Shibley, 57, or North Syracuse, passed away August 20, 2023 surrounded by family.
Bill worked for the Veteran's Administration.
Bill enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling, ATV-ing, Indy car racing, and his favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Warren and Brunhild Shibley. Bill will be interred alongside his parents at the Onondaga County Veteran's Cemetery in Syracuse at a later date.
Bill is survived by siblings, Michael (Cheryl) Shibley, Jim (Pam) Shibley, Kevin Shibley, Debbie (Richard) Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Bill will be truly missed by all who loved him.
