William H. Pasho, Jr., of Syracuse, NY, passed away on March 28, 2019, following a valiant struggle with a long illness. He was born in Newport, RI.
Bill served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He attended college briefly and worked in various fields.
He was proud to be a Vietnam veteran.
He loved his family, animals, jazz, motorcycles and telling jokes. He enjoyed making people smile, making new friends and always had a smile for everyone.
Bill was predeceased by his loving wife, Gail; his father, stepfather and stepson.
Survivors include his mother, Charlotte Crandall; brothers, Dan (Lori) Mylott and Tom (Kristin) Crandall; sisters, Karen (Bob) Davis and Mary (Doug) McGregor; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition, he is survived by his cat, Willie, who has been a companion for 18 years.
Calling hours will be Monday, April 1st from 5-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in North Syracuse. A service will follow at 7pm. Burial will be private.
