William Kent Partridge
June 30, 1926 — December 29, 2017
Kent was preceeded in death by his sister Agatha and his beloved wife, Patricia (Crane). Their wedding was held at the former Danforth Congregational church on September 18, 1948.
He was a longtime resident of Bridgeport and before that Mattydale. He was born on Cheney Ave in Syracuse and worked at Lamson Corp and Hoffman Larouche.
Kent is survived by his children, Kent Jr, Kurt, Denise, Daniel, Keith, Shari and Russell. He was a grandfather of eleven and great-grandfather of fourteen.
We remember him most for his sense of humor and his adventurous spirit. Our Dad most enjoyed spending time with his family, especially in the great outdoors. He passed down to us his love of animals and sports cars. We miss him greatly and encourage anyone who wishes to pay tribute to his memory to make a contribution in his name to a charity of their choosing. We suggest the Adirondack Council, the Oneida Lake Asc., the SPCA or the Humane Society.
A memorial service will be held at a later date when his ashes will be joined with our mother's.
