William P. Drace Sr., 81, of North Syracuse died Monday at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY, Mr. Drace was a Construction Foreman with William Pahl Construction for many years. He was a decorated WW II Army Veteran and a member of the VFW. He is predeceased by his wife Helen Durham Drace (1971).
He is survived by three sons; Anthony (Linda) Leone of Liverpool, Charles (Diane) Leone of Kentucky and William (Shari) Drace of Liverpool, a daughter; Martha Drace of Liverpool, 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
