William Minton Iii

William "Bill" Minton III, 78, peacefully passed away at home July 3, 2022 after a brief illness. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a SCPO-ST after 20 years of service. Bill's favorite pastime was having breakfast at a local diner so he could tease the waitresses. He was a past member of the Liverpool American Legion where he loved calling bingo.

Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathy; sons, William of Peabody, MA, Harvey (Maria) of Brookeville, FL, Thomas (Heather) of Rochester, NY; grandchildren, Felicia (Alex MacMillan) of Taunton, MA, Samuel (Raquel) of Peabody, MA, Korinne of Rochester, NY, Abby of Peabody, MA and great-grandson, Aiden of Taunton, MA.

He was predeceased by his mother, Edith; father, William II; brothers, Bruce and Brian and his sister, Sherri.

There will be no services at his request. Donations may be made to the Food Bank of CNY or Moyers Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
