William "Bill" H. Kelly, 54, of East Syracuse, passed away May 15, 2024. Bill was born in Syracuse, New York on April 9, 1970.
He was a loving father and grandfather. Bill was an avid drag racer/street racer.
He is survived by his mother; three sons; three daughters; three brothers; three sisters; numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
