William D. Bristol, 71, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday at home. Born in Syracuse, Bill was a retired machinist from Diefendorf Gear. Bill enjoyed sports and the outdoors. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Lou (2007) and daughter, Cathie Williams (2009), his parents William P. and Lucille and his brother Richard (2003).
William is survived by his sons, Mark (Aimee) Bristol, Charles Williams; daughters, Cynthia (Randall) Feager, Christina (James) Klaisle; seven grandchildren; and a niece
and two nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday 7PM at New Comer Funeral home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-7PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Elbridge.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Hospice of CNY.
