William A. Robinson

William A. "Bill" Robinson, 56, of Clay, passed peacefully into eternity on Friday. He was surrounded by family and friends.
Bill was born in San Diego, CA and moved to NY in 1960. He served in the US Army. After serving in the military, Bill worked as a mechanic. He also worked at his family owned marina-Robby's Marina in Ogdensburg, NY. Bill loved the outdoors; fishing and hiking in the Adirondacks. He also enjoyed boating and working on cars. He loved playing with his grandchildren. He was a kind hearted and very giving person.
Bill was predeceased by his father, Richard L. Robinson and his younger brother James D. Robinson.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Linda; 3 sons: Jeff, James & Jakob Robinson; his mother, Shirley A. Robinson; 2 brothers: Robert (Paula) Robinson, Rick (Dawn) Robinson; 4 step children: Matthew (Erin) Donnelly, Thomas Donnelly, Katie (Samuel) Alfano, Heather Richway; 5 grandchildren: Brooke, Luke, Ariana, Ava & Amelia, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held at the Trinity Assembly of God Church, 4398 Route 31, Clay on Tuesday from 10-11am, with services to follow.
