Wesley A. Matt, Jr.
January 26, 1954 — June 23, 2017
Wesley A. Matt, Jr., 63, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Friday with his loved ones by his side. He served in the US Army. Wesley was an avid sports fan and coach.
Wesley is survived by his wife, Linnea DeCapio; four children, Cary (Cynthia) Matt, Tammy (Charles) Matt, Ryan Matt and Saundra Matt; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 3 brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Wesley is now reunited with his beloved mother, Saundra Matt.
Calling hours will be Thursday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 7PM. Burial will take place Friday at 10AM in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
