Wendy C. Griffis, 67, of Pennellville, passed away December 17, 2023.
Wendy was born in Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey on September 7, 1956 to Walter and Diane Griffis.
Wendy worked for New York State for many years as a secretary. In her free time, she loved to rescue and spend time with her cats. She also was a member of the Merry Stitchers through the United Methodist Church in Pennelville.
She was preceded in death by Father, Walter Griffis.
She is survived by her Mother, Diane Kimpland; Siblings, Ann, Bruce, Wayne and Sam; ex husband, George Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 21st at 1 PM at the United Methodist Church in Pennelville.
