Wayne J. Hirsch, 71, passed away on Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital with loving family by his side.
Wayne was born on February 21, 1945 in Syracuse the son of Howard and Julia Hirsch. Wayne was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan and enjoyed boxing.
He was predeceased by his father, Howard, brother, Sonny and daughter Michele Hirsch.
Wayne is survived by his wife Sharon, mother, Julia, daughter, Denise (Craig) Hoffman, son, Wayne Hirsch, step- daughter, Chauncine (Tony) Kennedy, step-son, Thomas (Jennifer) Newton, step daughter, Casey Newton, sister-in-law Gloria Hirsch, 9 grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Monday from 2-4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a sharing of memories to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital.
