Wava June Douglass
October 23, 1918 — February 9, 2017
Wava June Douglass, 98 of North Syracuse passed away peacefully after a brief illness.
Born in Auburn, NY on October 23, 1918 to the late H.S. Burgess and Florence Gardner.
She was an avid mystery reader, loved spending time at the cottage on Owasco Lake and was a huge SU basketball fan.
Survivors include her two children, Susan and Gary Douglass.
She is predeceased by her loving dog of 14 years, Daphne.
Interment will remain private for now.
