Walter Puchalski, husband, father and longtime resident of Liverpool, New York, passed away on May 11, of natural causes at the age of 89. He had been employed by General Electric for 37 years, prior to retirement in 1986. He served in World War II as a 2nd Lieutenant and Navigator in the USAAF's 397th Bomb Group, European Theater of Operation. He was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Gloria.
He is survived by his son Steven and daughter-in-law Anna.
A chapel-side service for the family and friends will be held on Monday, 11AM at Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery, Syracuse. At Walter's request, there are no calling hours.
