Walter B."Buddy" Reed, 79, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at his home. Born in Ruthland, VT, he was an Air Force Korean Veteran. He was a lifetime member of Bricklayers International Local #2. He was predeceased by his son William J. Reed.
Walter is survived by his wife, Lonnie Reed; his children, Robert, Walter II and Donna Reed; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 301 Valley Dr, Syracuse. Burial will follow in the Veterans Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
