Vivian E. Geiger
November 17, 1917 — August 27, 2017
Vivian E. Geiger, 99, of Liverpool, passed away on Sunday. Vivian was a lifetime member of the Professionals of America. She achieved the degree of Photographic Craftsman within the organization by sharing her knowledge and talents with numerous colleges and universities across the US as well as England, Australia, Israel and Canada.
She was also an artist and oil painter, whose work can be found around Central NY in places including the Erie Canal Museum, Manley Field House and the NY State Fair's Arts and Home Center.
She was a caring and wonderful wife, Mother and Grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles L. Geiger, Jr. and her brother, Robert Waterson.
Vivian is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Geiger; grandsons, Everett Geiger and Grant Geiger; sister, Jean Hansen and her nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday 11AM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
