Virginia (Ginny) Kocher (Walden), 73, North Syracuse, died Thursday.
Born in Deridder, Louisiana. Married Robert (Bob) Kocher August 6th 1955 in Deridder, Louisiana and moved to Cicero, New York. She was a member of the Eastern Stars & Cicero Fire Dept. Ladies Aux. She retired from Roxboro Road Elementary School as a Teachers Aid, after 35 years.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert E. Kocher; Son, Timothy E. Kocher (Pamela); Grandson, Timothy E. Kocher Jr.; Granddaughters, Anna N. Kocher, Kirstie A. Kocher; Brothers, Jerry W. Walden, Charles M. Brook; Sister, Sharon Gail Cushman.
Services will be Tuesday, 7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home. Calling Hours will be Tuesday from 5-7PM, before services.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to NAVAC Ambulance Corp.
