Virginia G. "Peggy" Barclay

Virginia G. "Peggy" Barclay, 83, of Syracuse went to be with the Lord Friday after a short illness. Peggy was born in Shannonville, Ontario and lived most of her life in Syracuse. She retired from Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital in 1989. She loved being with her family, enjoyed gardening, camping and traveling.
She is survived by three sons, Gerald Reynolds of Mattydale, William Reynolds of Syracuse, Robert Reynolds of North Syracuse; one brother, Carl Hill of North Carolina; three sisters, Jean Card and Pat Mandarino of North Syracuse, and Joyce Lawton of Watertown; five grand daughters, four grandsons, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday at 10AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in the North Watertown Cemetery (Bradley St.) at 2PM. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
