Virgil "Joe" Fraser, 99, of North Syracuse, passed away February 24, 2022. Joe was born in , Iowa on January 16, 1923 to Joseph and Mildred Fraser. Virgil retired as a Professional Engineer. He was a proud business owner. He was an avid SU basketball fan. Joe loved to travel all around the world.
He was preceded in death by his love, Bernice G. Fraser; Mother, Mildred; Father, Joseph Fraser; 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
He is survived Daughter, Bonnie (Robert) Fraser-Gommel; Son, David (Leslie) Fraser; Granddaughters, Rachel (Kyle) Faulkner and Jennifer (Kyle) Shay; great grandsons, Kian Faulkner and Henry Shay; great granddaughter, Kiera Faulkner; and daughter in law, Lesley (Joe) Mikulak; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family scattered throughout the country.
