Verna L. Kelly, 70, of Syracuse, passed away on Friday at her home surrounded by loving family. Verna was born in Oswego on May 10, 1952 daughter of the late Earl and Lucille Neild. Verna retired from Cortland County for the Aging. She was a former member of the Grace Baptist Church in Tully, NY. Verna was predeceased by her siblings; Barbara, Brenda, Gene & Bonnie.
She is survived by her children, Jonathan (Heather) Cheney, Charles (Ashley) Kelly, Michael (Lisa) Kelly, Erin Kelly, grandchildren, Mikayla, Gabriella, Liam, & Declan.
