Verma M. "Grandma" Sachok, of North Syracuse, New York 13212 passed away on Wednesday January 25th, 2023. Born on July 8th, 1944 to the late Donald and Grace Johnson.
She happily served her community through St. Joseph the Worker food pantry and volunteered her free time to care for anyone in need. She had a passion for helping others, loved children, and accepted the diversity in everyone she met.
She is survived by her siblings, Mary (Dave), Linda, Albert, Ronald (Gaylene), and Armitta (Roberto); Daughters, Danielle and Khadijah (Coty); Grandchildren, Gabriel, Mahogany, Justine, Katelynn, and Brandon; Great Grandchildren, Alice, Anastasia, George, and Lilah; An Abundance of Nieces and Nephews.
Predeceased by her Husband of 57 years, Samuel Sachok; her brothers, Donald, Robert and Richie.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Monday, January 30th, 2023 from 4-7pm. Funeral service will follow at 7pm. There will be a spring burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in Minoa, NY.
