Valerie was born in Syracuse, New York on April 11, 1952 to the late William and Jean Glennon.
She was predeceased by 3 of her siblings.
She is survived by her Daughters, Candie Palmer and Heidi "Hiedie" Palmer; Son, David (Christine Prevo) Reynolds; Step-Daughters, Nadine Willey an Joanna Dziadyk; Life Partner, John Willey; Grandchildren, Shaunasee (Victor), Kayla, DeVante, Eian, Tori, Alexis, Natalia; 4 great grandchildren and siblings, Danny, Mike, Ellen and Paulette.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, 1-2 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A service will follow at 2 PM.
