Valerie M. Dopkowski

Valerie M. Dopkowski, 64, of Liverpool, passed away at home on Tuesday after a courageous battle with cancer. Valerie was born on December 6, 1955 daughter of the late William and Lottie Michalik. Valerie grew up in Syracuse, NY and graduated from Sacred Heart School and Powelson Business Institute. She retired from the Liverpool School District and enjoyed all the interactions with the kids. Valerie was very proud of her Polish Heritage and loved Polka Music. You could always find her out on the dance floor when the Polka Music was playing.

Valerie is survived by her loving husband Mickey of 41 years, two sons; Michael (Erin), Christopher, her sister Helen Waters, mother-in-law, Phyllis Dopkowski, niece, nephews, grand nephews and grand nieces.

A memorial mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Saturday September 26th at 11am, Baldwinsville, NY.
There will be no calling hours.
