Tonya L. DeShane, 54, of North Syracuse passed away on May 23, 2023. She was born in Syracuse on April 15, 1969 to Sandra and Melvin DeShane.
Tonya had an infectious laugh and a passion for music. She loved her children deeply and was so proud of them.
She is predeceased by her mother, Sandra DeShane.
Tonya is survived by her father Melvin DeShane; her children Brandon DeShane, Alexandria Arms and Maria Cox; her siblings, Paul Lefler, Amber Chamberlain and Joshua DeShane; three grandchildren with one more on the way; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and also her best friend, Robbin Kelley.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
