Todd R. Brown
February 27, 2016
Todd R. Brown, 52, of Central Square passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 27th.
Todd was a former US Marine stationed in Oahu, Hawaii and was proud of his time in the service. During his active duty he was a search and rescue diver and a sharp shooter. He was an advocate and supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. Todd lived his life to the fullest, he loved spending time with family and friends on his boat, loved having bonfires, and sledding with his nieces and nephew. He was a devoted Islanders and Miami Dolphins fan.
He was also active member of Oswego Chapter of the American Legion. Todd, having the huge heart that he did, gave the gift of life to many with his passing by being an organ donor. Todd had a larger than life presence, was loved by many, and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace our Toddie - Once a Marine, always a Marine - Semper Fi.
Todd is survived by his parents George and Darlene Brown, sisters Shelly Brown and Lynette Young (Kevin), a brother Curt Brown (Deborah), a nephew Tyler Young and two nieces Autumn Brown and Samantha Young, and his longtime girlfriend Maria Maddison that he all loved dearly and several aunts and uncles.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents William and Helen Schrader and his paternal grandparents Walter and Clara Brown.
