Todd B. Abernethy, 50, passed away on Tuesday at Buffalo General Medical Center with loving family by his side. Todd was born on January 17, 1966 the son of Dennis Abernethy and Catherine Taylor. Todd was active in Skaneateles Schools Drama Dept. He was a key person in constructing numerous props for productions. Todd was a Senior Product Designer at Chase
Design for several years. He enjoyed basketball, music, watching movies and outdoor activities. He was actively engaged in home improvement projects.
Todd is survived by his wife Michelle, daughters, Bailey and McKinley Abernethy, father, Dennis (Lynnette) Abernethy, mother Catherine (Worth) Taylor, sisters, Julie Vary, Tory (Preston) Young, mother-in-law, Helene Waters, father-in-law, Howard (Sharon) Waters, sisters-in-law, Tiffany Waters, Roseanne (Karl) Harding, brother-in-law, Cory Cervantes, nieces and nephews; Layne, Cassandra, Nicholas, Levi, Carter, Abby, Colby, Chase, Karley, Tyler, Cory, Jr. and Cheyenne. He was preceded in death by his niece, Corriann.
A celebration of Todd's Life will be held at a later date.
