Timothy M. Shatraw

Timothy M. Shatraw, 67, of Baldwinsville, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on January 4, 2024 after a short illness surrounded by his family.
Tim was born in Syracuse, New York on August 17, 1956 to Stuart and Jeanette Shatraw.
Tim proudly retired from West Rock and previously worked in horticultural sales in various companies including Agway. He was a licensed Minister through Abundant Life Church where he faithfully served the body of Christ and our community through various ministries. He touched the lives of many people through prayer and encouragement. His favorite hobbies were gardening, traveling to the Adirondacks and points beyond. He also loved to watch the NY Yankees, Syracuse Orange and Buffalo Bills. Tim was a proud Husband, Dad and Grandfather who loved to spend time with his family. His grandchildren brought a new-found joy to his life.
He was preceded in death by Father, Stuart Holdridge Shatraw and Grandson, Timothy Warren Shatraw.
He is survived by his Wife of 45 years, Elizabeth Shatraw; Children, Hannah (Brian) Fancher, Carl Timothy (Megan) Shatraw and Rosemary (Mark) Fancher; Mother, Jeanette Lena Shatraw; Four Grandchildren, Lily Fancher, Luke Fancher, Emma Fancher and Fiona Shatraw; Two Brothers, Stuart Shatraw and Scott (Martha) Shatraw; Sister, Katherine (David) Morley; As well as several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 12th, from 3-5 PM in Abundant Life Church at 7000 All Nations Blvd, E. Syracuse, 13057. A service will follow at 5 PM at the church. Graveside services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Abundant Life Church Outreach Ministries or New Hope Family Services.
