Timothy W. Monte, 69 of Solvay, passed away peacefully.
Born on March 13, 1950 to the late William and Helen Monte.
Timothy proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was an avid reader and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He really enjoyed an honest days work and loved a good poker game.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Martha; children, Karen (Ken) Hubbard and Katherine (Gregory) Talone; grandchildren, Joshua Hubbard, Jaccob Hubbard, Jonathan Hubbard, Tom Talone, Emily Hubbard and Gianna Talone.
Visitation will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse on Thursday, December 5th from 2-4pm. Funeral Service will follow at 4pm.
Burial will remain private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VA Medical Center, Syracuse.
