Timothy J. 'Tim' Meaker, 59, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday at his home. Tim was a former owner of First & Goal Pizza Shop and an employee of Carrier Corp. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Tim was a loving father and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all who loved him.
Tim was predeceased by his wife, Patricia, mother Emily, father, Sheldon and a brother, Sheridan. He is survived by two sons; Timothy and Brian Meaker, his eight siblings; Patricia Madigan, Michael (Mary) Meaker, Nancy (Richard) Smith, Judy (Pat) Mullen, Susan Dennis, Ronald (Chris) Meaker, Arthur Meaker, Gail (Dennis) Ordzywolski, sister-in-law, Marie Meaker, along with nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday 5pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 3pm to 5pm at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
