July 16, 1951 — March 12, 2024

Thomas W. "Rusty" McLaughlin, Sr. 72, of DeWitt, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Crouse Hospital. Another summer event Tom looked forward to was the Syracuse Nationals. Tom and Chad would walk around for hours admiring the cars and enter into the raffle hoping to take home a dream car.
