Thomas E. Filipkowski, 79, of Brewerton passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of Syracuse and a World War II Naval Air Force Veteran, Thomas retired from Carrier Corporation after many years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years; Marjorie (Fickett), two daughters; Donna Grow and Lori (Joe) Garvey, one grandson; James Raymond and one brother; Leonard Filipkowski.
Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 North Main St., North Syracuse. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery.
