Thomas J. Dicaprio Jr.

March 29, 1955 — September 20, 2017

Thomas J. DiCaprio, Jr., 62, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Wednesday at home with his loving family by his side.

He was born in Gloversville, NY to the late Pauline and Thomas DiCaprio, Sr. As a geologist he worked throughout Alaska, Greenland, the Midwest and all of New York State. Thomas will be remembered for his love of kayaking, gardening and his irresistible sense of humor. He lived life to its fullest and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Myra DiCaprio; daughter, Erin (Jason) Begel; sons, Jeremy and Joel DiCaprio; grandsons, Aidan, Isaac and Emory Begel; sister, Deven; niece, Blaine; nephew, Dave; previous wife, Laurinda Lind and beloved dog, Buster Brown.

Calling hours will be Saturday, September 30th 10AM-1PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, N. Syracuse with a memorial service to follow at 1PM.
