Thomas C. Buschle

Thomas C. Buschle, "Popeye", "Tow-Tow" and "Moose" 83, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at Francis House on November 22, 2024. 

Thomas was born in Syracuse on December 6, 1940 to Charles and Genevieve Buschle. 

He was predeceased by sister, Joanne Alletzhauser and brother, Philip Buschle. 

Tom was employed by many local automobile repair and towing companies. He was also a partner in D&M Body Shop. Tom was a former volunteer fireman for the Lyncourt Fire Department. He enjoyed spending time with friends at local establishments going to the regional market and spending time with his family. 

Tom is survived by his children, Toby (Jeanette) Buschle, Debbie (Bob) Kohutanich, Ken Buschle, and Becky (Peter) Pappas; grandchildren, Ryan and Brandon Kohutanich,  Ashley and Shelby Pappas; sister, Carol Buschle, and brother, Dennis (Patricia) Buschle and several nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends may call on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse, NY 13212 where services will be held at 7pm. Burial will take place at a later date.
