Therese Cecile (Richer) DesRoisers, 94 of Clay, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, who was loved by many passed away on Wednesday. Born in 1919, a native of Canada. She was educated in St. Andrews Convent Ontario, Canada. She was employed by Canadian Cotton in Cornwall Ontario, Canada for 10 years. She moved to Syracuse in 1953 and was a Diebold Inventory Control Manager for 20 years. She retired in 1979 and moved to Belleview, FL. She was predeceased by her husband, Cyril, in 2003, her 2 sons: Roderick P., J. Laurant, 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
Surviving are 2 sons: Michael (Karen) of Cicero, Daniel (Mary Lou) of Clay, 7 grandchildren: Keith DesRosiers, Denise DesRosiers, Tye-Renee Beisley, Sean DesRosiers, Joleene Moody, Dr. Anne Killen and Scott DesRosiers.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday 9:30am at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Entombment will be held at St. Mary's, DeWitt.
