Theresa M. Gaido, 86, formerly of North Syracuse, passed away on Monday at Seneca Hill Manor. Theresa was born on August 29, 1931in Edwardsville, PA the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Machinist.
Theresa was a member of St. Rose of Lima and worked many years as the school nurse at Bear Road Elementary. Theresa enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening and SU Sports.
Theresa is survived by her children, Gregory (Dawn) Gaido, Ann Marie (Russell) Wood, Michael (Stacie) Gaido, many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William Gaido, Sr., her sons; Richard and William.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 8:30 am - 9:30 am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a funeral mass at 10am at St. Rose of Lima. Burial immediately following at North Syracuse Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Rose Food Pantry and School.
