Theodore J. "Ted" Pedder, 71, of Bridgeport, passed away on Friday at home with his family. He was born on April 21, 1941, son of Theodore, Sr. and Marjorie Pedder. He served in the US Army and last worked at Matthew Bus, Inc. He was also a longtime employee for Gordon Electronics of Syracuse. Ted was a member of the VFW in Bridgeport, he enjoyed, golfing fishing and the outdoors.
Surviving are his wife Theresa, of 48 years, 4 daughters; Jacqueline (John) Cole, Tracy Pedder (Zachary), Sherry (David), Macina, Evelyn (Daniel) Korbas, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers; Charles & Donald Pedder, sister, Carol Dart, along with his beloved dog, Honey.
Calling hours will be held on Sat. April 20th, from 1-4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
Contributions in lieu of flowers, Galisano Children's Hospital or to Hospice of CNY.
