Thelma J. Norris, 72, of North Syracuse passed away Thursday at home. Thelma was born in Oswego, NY the daughter of Arthur & Lillian Watson.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James, two daughters; Laura (Fred) Osborne and Melissa (Chuck) Mulvey, a sister; Patricia Dewispelare, seven grandchildren; Amy, Sara, Julie, Jennifer, Joshua, Zachary and Brandon and a special mention for her home health aide, Rose Snyder.
Services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Monday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St..
