Thea A. Bird
April 4, 2013

Thea A. Bird was born in Doutyville, PA. She had a strong Pennsylvania accent and loved to play guessing games with strangers to guess where she was from. If you teased her she would threaten to "Box Your Ears". She made everyone happy, especially the children. She could also "Clout You One" if she got upset. Her sense of humor made everyone laugh. She and her husband spent many years, growing vegetables on their family farm. After the death of her husband she enjoyed helping her son, Bill sell his produce at the regional market. Thea enjoyed camping and vacations with her family. She made friends wherever she went. Her latest pastime was playing bingo at Loretto Cunningham. Everyone that came to see her was offered candy. She especially enjoyed the children. TO KNOW HER IS TO LOVE HER. SHE WILL BE MISSED BY EVERYONE. SHE EARNED HER PEACE IN HEAVEN.

Survivng are her son, Dale (Virginia) Bird, Cicero, daughter, Lucy Mae Waldby, daughter-in-law, Shirley Bird, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
