Terry E. Phillips

Terry Elizabeth Phillips, 68, of Phoenix, passed away October 29, 2024. Terry was born in Syracuse, New York on November 25, 1955 to the late Murray and Nancy Hale. She attended JCB Phoenix Schools. 

She loved crafting and playing BINGO. She was an avid reader, and knitter. Terry loved the outdoors, especially camping, and spending time at the muzzle loading range. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family. 

She was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, William; and her brother, Stephan Hale. 

She is survived by her two sons, William (Amy VanSteenburgh) Phillips, Christopher (Tawana) Phillips; sisters, Patricia Hale, Elizabeth Rice; grandchildren, Zachary Phillips, Nicholas Pembleton, Cameron and Paige Phillips, Haydn VanSteenburgh, Wyatt Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Jeromy Phillips, and Love Phillips; great-grandchildren, Austin, Parker, Harper, and Hailey; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

There will be no services.
