Terry G. Oliver, 61 of Pennellville died Monday at James Square Nursing Home following a long illness. Mr. Oliver retired from the U.S. Air Force following 20 years of service, and the V.A. Medical Center in Syracuse. Terry loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed fishing and bingo. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Sullivan Oliver who died in 2009.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa (Jeffrey)Harrington of Pennellville; a son, Peter (Michelle) Oliver of Allentown, Pa; his mother, Grace King Oliver of Zephyr Hills, Fl; two brothers, identical twin, Larry of Groton and Barry Oliver of Cortland; four grandchildren, Jasmine, Caroline, Sandra and Damian.
Services will be 7:00 pm today at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Graveside service will be 11:00 am Wednesday in Glenwood Cemetery, Homer. Calling hours will be today from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
