Tammy S. O'Neil, 51, of Liverpool, passed away Monday. Born in Syracuse, she was a 1977 graduate of Liverpool High School. Tammy worked for K Mart and the Christmas Tree Shops.
She is survived by her husband, Michael J.; her parents, Suzanne and Ralph Parkes Sr.; maternal grandmother, Nina Stonecypher; three brothers, Ralph E. (Sharon) Parkes Jr., Stephen G. (Susan) Parkes and Kevin P. Parkes; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jaclyn, Jonathan, Nicolas and Caitlin. She had a gracious and loving heart and will be dearly missed.
Services will be Friday, 11AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7PM at the funeral home.
