Susan M. Kilburn, 56, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Francis House after a courageous and valiant battle with cancer. Sue's journey was inspirational to all of us who loved her. Never one to complain, Sue continues to give us strength and love.
Sue was born in Syracuse and was the daughter of the late Carl and Catherine Klein. She had worked in records storage at Upstate Medical Hospital. She is predeceased by her sister Donna Klein.
Sue is the survived by her beloved husband, Bill; her sons, Gregory, Christopher and David Nelipowitz, and her daughters Jennifer and Kathryn Kilburn. Sue is the loving grandmother of Daschalee, Jason, Bradley and Julianna. She is the cherished niece of Sis Scheuer and cousin of Debbie Krisher. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral Thursday morning at 9:00 AM at New Comer Funeral Home 705 N. Main St. N. Syracuse then to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Baldwinsville at 10:00 AM. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment, Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
