Susan E. Alt

Susan E. Alt , 73, of Brewerton, passed away on Thursday surrounded by her loving family. Susan was born in Syracuse the daughter of the late Millard and Margaret Blakeslee. Susan grew up on a family farm in Baldwinsville and worked at the Rome Social Security Office and for Syracuse Developmental Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her son, David Drummond.

Susan is survived by her husband, Richard of 29 years, son, Scott Drummond, step-sons, Rick Alt, Bob Alt, grandchildren, Marcus, Ashlyn, Vanessa, Laura, Jack, great grandchild, Layla, brothers, Lynn (Livia) Blakeslee and Peter (Gloria) Blakeslee.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Friday 10 am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay.
