Steven J. Sharron, 57, of North Syracuse, passed away on Sunday, November 26th after a forever positive attitude and valiant fight with cancer. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on December 7, 1965 and spent most of his life in Central New York. Steven was a graduate of Paul V. Moore High School. He worked many years in the construction and manufacturing trade and settled in 10 years ago with the US Postal Service. Although he had an 11-12 mile route, he looked forward to it because of his interaction with the people he was serving. He also enjoyed the camaraderie with his fellow co-workers.
Steven enjoyed golfing and driving around in his Ford Mustang. Although Steve was sober for 27 years, he still enjoyed the party while being the designated driver and making sure his friends were safe.
He was predeceased by his father, Olen Sharron in 2007.
Steven is survived by his son, Jarett Sharron; mother, Mary (Paul) Leonard; brother, Dean (Kathleen) Sharron; sisters, Wendy (Marc) Falzone and Tracy (Bob) McGraw; step-mother, Becky (Wayne) Meisner; step-sister, Kimberly (John Spottke) Harp; step-brother, Sean (Stephanie) Harp and many nieces and nephews.
