Steven was born in Syracuse, New York on March 31, 1951.
Steven was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his Cousins, Wendy Holt and Richard Kollenkark; Brother, Jeff Kollenkark (Melissa) and Girlfriend, Cynthia Bangson; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 9:00 am-9:30 am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Monday at 9:30 am. Burial will follow in Onondaga County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
