Shirley D. Schafransky, 66, of Central Square, passed away Friday at home. Shirley worked at Roth Brothers Smelting for many years.
She is survived by two daughters; Valerie (Richard) Jones and Cheryl (Scott) Laffin, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a sister; Jan White, a brother; Richard Howard and her longtime companion Gordon Perry.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St. (Rt.11), North Syracuse.
Contributions in her name may be made to Oswego County Hospice.
