Shirley A. Stoddard, 75, of Brewerton, passed away on Thursday after a long illness, with family by her side. She was born on October 5, 1938 in Syracuse, daughter of Donald and Phyllis Betts. Shirley's grandchildren were the love of her life. She enjoyed cooking, taking care of her family and was an SU Fan.
Surviving are a son Donald (Christine), daughter, Donna Stoddard (Tom Meyers), 5 grandchildren: Stephen, Nicholas, Nicole, Charles & Dylan, 3 great granddaughters and 1 on the way. Shirley was also survived by 2 brothers & 2 sisters.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 11-1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., with services to follow.
Contributions may be made to the Galisano Children's Hospital.
