Shirley A. Readman, 75, of Cicero, passed away on Saturday at Crouse Hospital with family by her side. She was born on January 18, 1938 daughter of Richard and Margaret Schryver. A lifelong resident of Parish, she worked as a bus driver for APW for many years and later worked for Fay's Drugs Corporate Office and Denny's following her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Readman in 1990.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Eleanor (Milton, Jr.) Campbell, Cicero, Kathleen (Michael, Sr.) Miles, CA, Kathy (Terry) McSweeney, FL, son, John Readman, CA, 9 grandchildren, Megan, Jessica, Michael, Jr., Raymond, Angel, Andy, Tariann, Jeffrey, Jenna, along with several great grandchildren.
Calling hours on Wednesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
