Sharon M. Gilbert, 68, passed away Monday at Crouse Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Sharon was the daughter of the late Michael and Geraldine Sullivan. Sharon was the devoted wife, of 43 years, to the late John Gilbert. Sharon's passion was for her grandchildren. Sharon drove school bus for Liverpool School District for 28 years.
Sharon is survived by her children; John A. (Margaret) Gilbert, Jr., Shannon Owens, Thomas J. Gilbert, grandchildren, Shelby, John, III, her brother, Thomas (Karen) Sullivan, along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Patrick.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday 10am at St. Rose of Lima Church.
